CBL Rookie Draft

So here is how it works. This will be the rookie class starting in season 3 and 4. They replace the old players in here now.

First round players will be available to play after one season, then the rest will be in the minors for two until they can play. Each player will be the first players on the reserve list. IT is a list of 5 prospects not on the major team. This has been set up for the younger players who have time to wait for a sport to be open. I'll post them later.
